Remote eCommerce Account Director needs 5 years experience managing eCommerce accountsRemote eCommerce Account Director requires Amazon Bachelor s degree Business development Budget management Remote eCommerce Account Director duties Lead the day-to-day key account operations for eCommerce Customers (namely Amazon & a 3PL). Partner with supply chain & customer service for weekly PO fulfillment managing any shortages ship window extensions needed etc. Work with demand planning to monitor and adjust the monthly flow of the business. Oversee promotional programs (SKU selection commercial support ROI analysis submissions to customer for selection) . Serve as the liaison in presenting any obsolete promotions for acceptance across customers. Manage relationships with customer teams (Vendor Managers Vendor Specialists Account Managers) Do weekly and monthly Reporting to Executive Team (Business overview and analysis of key drivers) potentially presenting to the executive team monthly Perform Budget Management Develop commercial support (inclusive of AMS strategy & execution partnership with digital marketing and social media teams) Design & execute all new launches (PDP set up A Premium Content development launch timelines forecasting) Oversee Agency management (setting strategy campaign set up and execution budget tracking) Regional partnership with Canada to share insights & learning Business Development Identify and vet new points of eCommerce distribution Establish new customers
