DescriptionValle Security Texas a proud industry Event leader is seeking 100 competent energetic and teachable Event Staff for the 2022 festival season. We have current openings for Coachella (Indio CA) between April 12 2022 April 26 2022.Festival Event Staff Job OfferIndependent Contractor Full-time Part-time Second Job Base pay rate of 17.00 - 18.00 per hour. Hourly pay rates vary based on experience. Bi-weekly and Event based pay Direct Deposit Uniforms provided by Company Transportation to and from Event provided Lodging on each event with the exception of local events will be provided Meals provided during each event Festival Event Staff Job DescriptionAttend to your assigned position during the course of the job Perform duties as assigned by Supervisor and or Manager Must have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills in dealing with the public Must be able to tolerate and work in a loud fast paced environment Must be able to project voice to be heard in noisy environments Must be able to work in an environment may include strobing lights smog machines and loud music Must be able to stand or walk on various surfaces for 8 hours shift for long periods of time Must be able to occasionally lift 25 pounds or more Must have own transportation to job assignments Must be able to work indoor or outdoor during all seasons Strong performers may also have the opportunity to travel to work at major national events Flexible schedule includes but is not limited to nights weekends and holidays Festival Event Staff QualificationsMust be 21 year of age Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
