Agile IT Project Manager needs 5 years of project management experience in an IT environment and two years leading sprints.Agile IT Project Manager requires Hybrid 2-3 days weekly Bachelor s degree in Business Management Computer Science Engineering Accounting or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required. A minimum of five years of project management experience in an IT environment and two years leading sprints. Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum. Scrum Master Certified. Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum. Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position s responsibilities. Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results. Strong organizational skills ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment. Agile IT Project Manager duties Facilitates daily stand-up iteration planning sprint review and iteration retrospective. Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases. Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines. Drive team iteration execution and communicates with management and stakeholders. Manage project conflicts challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance. Maintain team data in project management software to support estimates and execution. Able to do postmortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity. Leads team effort in relentless improvement define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program. Update portfolio-level project status summaries weekly for the IT and other departments managers. Present high level project readouts for senior management. Other duties as assigned.
