Call Customer Rep needs call center customer service experienceCall Customer Rep requires Problem solver who can patiently listen to Understand and address complex customer issues Strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer over the phone and chat. Navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue Provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers Work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers Open availability between 9am-7pm MST 7 days a week Onsite 8 hours a day 5 days a week and will include a Saturday or Sunday Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9 00 AM MST until 5 30 PM MST (2 weeks of training).
