Industry-recognized information security certifications i.e. Security CySA Net CASP C EH Experience with industry standard frameworks Passionate about identifying malicious attackers and understanding attack vectors threat tactics Understanding of firewalls proxies SIEM antivirus and IDS concepts. IT Security duties Monitor company networks for security breaches and investigate a violation when one occurs. Perform incident analysis by correlating data from various sources and determine if a critical system or data set is affected. Handle incidents as defined in Playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures. Support the Security Operations Center and monitor security tools. Follow standard operating procedures for detecting classifying and triaging security events of interest
