Class Instructors are responsible for facilitating meal prep classes and instructing participants on how to assemble meals. In select locations instructors will also participate in fully assembling meals for customers.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESOrganize class program and structure based on manager instructions Instruct and explain meal assembly and processes to a group of 12-16 participants Answer questions and solve problems that may arise during classes Communicate location needs to Location Manager or Lead Dietitian Launder aprons and towels Wash sort and inventory meal ingredients Prepare stations and ingredients before classes Take down and clean up after classes QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSActive food handler permit required Ability to read and follow recipes with 100% accuracy Have strong organization and communication skills Work well with others and be a team player Intermediate cooking knowledge preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
