Working knowledge of SalesForce Knowledge platform a plus.Remote Content Migrator Editor duties o Proofread and edit existing content and communications while ensuring that all documents and text maintain consistency with existing self-service content brand and marketing standards. o Based on specified data points prioritize content for migration to the new platform. o Identify content gaps and work with writers content managers and subject matter experts to fill those gaps. o Facilitate publishing content to the new SalesForce Knowledge platform from multiple other platforms and work with development and design to assess and resolve any technical challenges in displaying the content. o Work with legal security customer care marketing and other stakeholders when necessary to finalize content. Work with the App Team to ensure content displays as intended o Work with the Writer to ensure content is in line with knowledgebase needs o Release notes to internal stakeholders o Communications to internal stakeholders related to project milestones events & incidents
