Technical writing CMS web interface work or customer communications experience a plus. Working knowledge of Sales Force Knowledge platform a plus. Remote Writer duties While ensuring that all documents and text maintain consistency with existing self-service content brand and marketing standards. Work with legal security customer care marketing and other stakeholders when necessary to finalize content. Work with the Content Migrator to ensure content is in line with knowledgebase needs All text appearing on the customer-facing knowledge base including o Help articles o Videos o FAQs o Announcements o Feature explanations o Online Manuals and Guides o Error messages o Navigational links buttons etc Release notes to internal stakeholders Communications to internal stakeholders related to project milestones events & incidents
