At Yes Air Conditioning and Plumbing this friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment schedule customer service appointments for Plumbing and HVAC service and enter data into a computer system. Responding in a timely fashion to customer queries this individual will take care of our customers needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for seasonal system maintenance and other Plumbing and HVAC services. The two shifts available are Tue-Sat 8a-5p and Tue-Sat 11a-8p. You will need to pass drug screen and background check prior to being hired.
