JR Payroll Processor needs 2 years experienceJR Payroll Processor requires Bachelor s degree education or equivalent level of experience. Experience with Timekeeping systems Experience of managing customer relationships and resolving dissatisfied or difficult customer issues Ability to communicate across business units at all levels Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Demonstrable analytical organizational and problem-solving skills. Be a critical thinker Ability to follow instructions well on any new projects and implementations surrounding payroll Have strong Microsoft Office knowledge. JR Payroll Processor duties Responsibility for the day-to-day processing of allocated Payrolls in Workday system. Responsibility for on demand and off cycle payment processing. Responsibility for coordination with Kronos admins on any changes affecting time feed to Workday Payroll Support the development and maintenance of a Payroll Operations Manual for US & Canada detailing the full Payroll workflow including process workflow from Workday to Kronos system and back to Workday Payroll Keep up to date with payroll legislation and any changes to facilitate improved performance within the entire payroll workflow (Kronos Workday) and any ancillary systems. Assist with disbursing 3rd party payments Be proactive in remediating errors and identifying root cause to ensure timely resolution
