Call Center Rep needs 1 years call center banking experience Call Center Rep requires Flexibility of normal hours 5am-6pm Mon. through Fri. 6am-3pm Sat. and 8am-1pm. Banking Training is for 3 weeks from 9am-4 30pm with a 30 min lunch break 35 hours training per week Hybrid onsite remote Solid understanding of online mobile and tablet platforms and can successfully guide customers through their application or transaction. Strong knowledge of Bank products and services leading to appropriate solution recommendations Must be available for phone interviews between 10am and 5pm M-F Computer laptop for use Own internet Quiet location to work securely without interruption Knowledge of the various operating systems available and compatible with Online Banking Windows IOS Knowledge of the various browsers used compatible with Online Banking Internet Explorer Safari Knowledge of Mobile Tablet devices and associated Operating Systems Android IOS - Bank Call Center Rep duties Responds to customer inquiries and independently resolves issues. Displays etiquette knowledge and solutions when servicing customers. Identifies cross sales opportunities cross sells products and services retains maturing accounts and solicits referral business. Navigates customers by recommending digital products and services to meet servicing solutions. Negotiates account renewal to retain and expand customer relationship. Ensures adherence to Bank policies and standards on every transaction Consistently achieves productivity and service key performance metrics. Processes basic maintenance transactions and guides customers to financial solutions making banking convenient and simple.
