Remote Designer UX Senior needs 5 years UX & UI design experience in a team environmentDesigner UX Senior requires Passion for modern UX methodologies UI design and interaction patterns Experience using Axure Zeplin Principle and or Invision for creating user flows wireframes interactive prototypes and visual designs Understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript & other web technologies and their roles in building an optimal User Experience Must be a strong collaborator across diverse groups including Product Owners Engineers other stakeholders and team members Solid User-Centered Design approach to solving creative challenges with demonstrated experience developing experience ecosystems composed of multiple components touchpoints channels and platforms Capacity to work well with other creative team members to embrace collaborate and work with other ideas Strong written verbal communication skills the right candidate must be able to communicate in writing and or present in person strategic design concepts and creative vision in any team or stakeholder setting with passion and confidence Data Entry. Designer UX Senior duties Collaborate in the ideation direction and creation of UX design deliverables within a multifunctional team and with a strong understanding of an iterative user-focused approach Actively contribute to the validation usability design quality and execution of final designs from user research through final visual designs to development Strong and efficient ability to create UX artifacts including User Flows a variety of Prototypes Style Guides and any other necessary documents for clear communication of the UX vision and solution Ensure strategic alignment of user and business needs are expressed in the UX design solution Administer the direction coaching and feedback to UX Design and Product team members to ensure timely delivery and team standards are met Ensure appropriate UX methodologies and design best practices persist on projects so that design decisions result in optimal end-user experiences and outcomes Cross-functional Collaboration 25% Represent collaborate and ensure Product Experience Design s important role in building the next generation of Education Technology Works closely with the UX Director other UX Designers User Research and Product Owners to ensure creative strategy is articulated and aligned and that project deliverables are being met Collaborate cross functionally to establish best practices in UX Design
