Finance Manager needs 5-7 years of Finance experience in a consumer products or manufacturing organizationFinance Manager requires BS BA in Accounting or Finance required MBA or CPA a plus 5-7 years of Finance experience in a consumer products or manufacturing organization Clear understanding of financial statements Strong problem solving analysis skills Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines independently meet critical deadlines on short notice coordinate with offsite facilities & headquarters Attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills ability to prepare and deliver presentations Proficiency with Microsoft office including Excel PowerPoint and MS Word SAP knowledge a plus Hybrid schedule. 2 days in the office each week Finance Manager duties Complexity is high as analytical insights are required across geographies products and accounts. Role requires deep understanding of financial and supply chain data sources and solid understanding of the market. Role will interact with multiple stakeholders across functions including 3rd parties. Drives Supply Chain financial analysis forecasting and planning for Beauty Consumer North America Presents findings and recommendations to leadership team Leverages tools and systems to prepare comprehensive reporting Analyzes variances to KPI s and provides insights and recommendations Supports cross-functional business partners in achieving business strategy and financial KPIs
