Senior Technology Business Analyst needs five years experience as a technical analyst in technical support rolesSenior Technology Business Analyst requires hybrid 1-2 days per week in the office Technical experience to include knowledge support of or hands on experience in many of the following or similar technologies Informatica Java J2EE VISIO Networking Hands on help documentation including the technical architectureSenior Technology Business Analyst duties Responsible for systems implementation communications between the business and IT communities defining and documenting requirements systems testing internal & external support and issue management and resolution. Assists in evaluating and proposing solutions that maximize existing investments and drive business value across departments and partner channels. Analyze and clearly articulate possible solutions. Develops comprehensive understanding of business processes define as-is to-be business models and build strong working rapport with business users. Articulates business and functional requirements into technical deliverables. Write Technical solution sections for design documents and RFP sections based on understanding of solution platforms.
