Senior Compensation Analyst needs 5 years of related compensation experience in market pricing Senior Compensation Analyst requires Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills as well as intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience with M& A integrations is a plus Compensation analysis Bachelor s degree in Finance Human Resources or a related field. CCP is desirable Senior Compensation Analyst duties Provide analytical support in the design delivery and administration of a variety of compensation programs to include policies and procedures salary planning salary structures bonus programs etc. Analyze all job levels within the organization prepare job evaluations using established evaluation plans determine grade interpret survey data and pull market pricing and prepare documentation of the evaluation. Compensation leader for acquisition integration working with different lines of businesses to ensure a smooth transition from a compensation standpoint when the employees are moved to our systems Assist with the implementation of a new salary structure including change management support and policy documentation May also work on other compensation initiatives such as annual merit incentive administration and Oracle implementation
