We need customer service evaluators for apartment complexes in VANCOUVER WA. (Zip codes 98664 and 98661)PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS The evaluators will do both a PHONE evaluation and an IN-PERSON VISIT TOUR of the property. Evaluators will be observing customer service. This includes evaluating the employee s knowledge of the property inventory and their sales closing ability. Our Client wants to make sure the properties are being maintained as well so an observance of cleanliness and maintenance is also requested. Evaluators ARE NOT REQUIRED to fill out an application of ANY type. Interactions with the employee are INFORMATIONAL ONLY.The In-Person Visit Tour may take 15 to 30 minutes. A VALID Drivers License will be REQUIRED for a tour.PAY 40.00 per property (Evaluators may visit multiple properties.
