Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures including procurement and budget planning Skilled in all aspects of planning and project management. Resourceful strategic problem-solving with ability to optimize improve current processes. Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint. Senior Admin Asst duties Proactive and thorough administrative support for the leadership team including calendar travel expense and business partner service request management. Provide larger scale meeting event planning and catering for all members of the Commercial Operations organization. Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records documents and reports as requested. Develop leadership meeting agendas and transcribe meeting notes. Draft and edit communications presentations and reports as requested. Serve as the first point of contact for external vendors partners and contacts.
