Credit analyst needs credit collections experience in an Accounts Receivable environmentCredit analyst requires Oracle MS Office (Excel) Collections Ability to read comprehend customer financial statements Ability to communicated with diplomacy and tact when interacting with external customers and internal team members Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment Positive team player attitude Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results Strong follow-up skills ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively Strong organizational skills ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment Credit analyst duties Review new account credit applications in a timely manner to obtain needed information in the credit decision process such as bank and trade references financials certificate of incorporation tax exempt information etc. Request available credit reports such as Dun & Bradstreet ( D& B ) Equifax and Paynet in order to evaluate customer financial information and credit history to provide analysis and interpretation of customers financial status for proper evaluation of risk. Coordinate the opening account number assignment in Oracle. Monitor seriously delinquent accounts review for total exposure against credit limits and make recommendations regarding additional leases business. Identify problem credit risk customers and initiate timely escalation to Risk Analysis Manager for review. Monitor accounts in assigned risk portfolio by reviewing stop pay accounts and placing them on credit review hold.
