Remote JR Scrum Master needs 3-5 years of Scrum master experience (not to exceed 5 years of exp) Remote JR Scrum Master requires Strong working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solution Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and managing stakeholder expectations in potentially high stakes situations Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (including senior management) on issues of strategy risk process and ongoing operations. Outstanding communication facilitation negotiation and mentor skill Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum SAFe events such as Sprint Planning Release Planning and Program Increment (PI) Planning Certified SAFe Scrum Master Understanding of PaaS software delivery model Familiarity with the retail industry & best practice Provides guidance coaching and mentoring to less experienced Scrum masters Solid understanding of Jira and Confluence. Basic Technical background or understanding of the Azure cloud computing platform is a plus must work EST working hours Remote JR Scrum Master duties Ensures that PI goals and scope are understood by everyone on the Agile Scrum Te Responsible for ensuring that the commitment to sprint backlog is completed Willing and able to hold the team accountable to its goals and objectives Support Product Owners to define and coordinate feature development across other teams and various IT teams to drive for results Assisting the team to clear obstacles Establishing an environment where the team can be effective. Addressing any team dynamics and supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions to meet the team goals Work in a fast-paced environment which will challenge you to think creatively and exhibit an agile mindset.
