BrightPath reimburses mileage for client transportation This position involves driving. There is no home-base for IHS Specialists this is a community-based role. Employees are compensated for drivetime between worksite locations.FT Employees should generally expect to work with at least 2 clients per day and locations will vary. BrightPath attempts to group shifts within each day to a localized geographic area but IHS Specialists should expect to commute throughout the metro area to assigned work sites Examples of IHS Specialist Support Methods Meal planning preparation and execution Encouraging health and wellness through utilizing a gym membership twice per week for regular exercise Planning activities in the community or at home that are unique to the person s preferences and interests. The sky s the limit with this one IHS Specialists model creative thinking and problem solving skills to support individuals in finding hobbies passions and meaningful activities to engage in. Household safety knowledge and overall self-preservation skills Other duties as assigned Core Responsibilities Support individuals to achieve personal outcomes that characterize a high quality of life in accordance with program specific requirements.
