Independent Contractors Needed to audit apartment properties in MEMPHIS TN.SPECIFICATIONS Contractors will perform a PHONE CALL and do an IN-PERSON VISIT TOUR of the property. A VALID ID will be REQUIRED for the tour. Contractors will observe the level of customer service preformed by the agent including sales ability closing ability and overall professionalism. You WILL NOT BE REQUIRED to fill out applications of ANY type. Evaluations are INFORMATIONAL ONLY.PAY 50.00 per phone call visit tour combo. Contractors may visit multiple properties.
