Remote IT Program Director needs (12) years of experience in information security information protection information governance or information privacy.Remote IT Program Director requires Experience working with information protection software such as Forcepoint DLP Forcepoint Insider Threat O365 and AIP Experience implementing information protection policies standards processes and support models to achieve business objectives. Understanding of end-to-end implications of DLP implementation from business requirements to implementation challenges to constituent education to continual service improvement and support. Manage the configuration testing and deployment of policy rules to help mitigate the risk as it relates to information protection. Designs and build Information Protection infrastructure and solutions to align with program objectives policies procedures and technical control requirements. Define Create operational and strategic metrics for the information protection program. Understanding of information protection and information governance capabilities such as information classification information discovery DLP masking encryption and anomaly detection. Experience with process design implementation and improvement. Passionate about information security and protecting sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work with business and IT leaders to identify and align on feasible solutions to information protection requirements and challenges. Experience in network and web security technologies. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-starter with strong interpersonal written and verbal skills with proven ability to educate inform persuade and achieve understanding and consensus on needs across different functions levels and customers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify quantify and effectively raise business risks related to information protection. Proven execution capabilities. Willingness to creatively ensure mission success. Ability to work under pressure owning and meeting critical deadlines. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Education Bachelor s degree in discipline related to existing job experience. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. CISSP preferred Cybersecurity and data security subject matter expert capable of partnering across functional disciplines to bring clarity to measurements and trends within and affecting the Information Protection Risk landscape.
