Network Analyst needs 4 years of information technology experience within a corporate environment with 2 years experience in direct support of network installations (LAN WAN wireless firewall etc.)Network Analyst requires Experience with network equipment installations cable management procedures Strong communication skills Ability to synthesize complex concepts identify robust test scenarios (based on business requirements) and translate them into business friendly test script documentation Ability to document clear and concise network nomenclature Highly organized Strong documentation skills Strong problem solving and investigation skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Desire to quickly turn around results Self-directed individuals that can drive tasks independently from inception to completion. Free thinking individuals who can look at requirements documents and figure things out with little to no guidance A minimum of 4 years of information technology experience within a corporate environment with 2 years experience in direct support of network installations (LAN WAN wireless firewall etc.) Experience assisting project teams through project lifecycle Proven quality focus in providing customer driven-products services and solutions. Ability to manage client expectations and project scope. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to follow and understand standard IT project methodology as required to meet compliance requirements. Network Analyst duties Network equipment deployment support to include equipment installation create and or modify rack elevations rack equipment ensure cable management procedures are followed. Coordinate installation of fiber extensions for main data center and all other data closets as specified Documentation on all installations to include SolarWinds monitoring updates network services portal entries circuit installation information and Service Now CMDB inventory is updated with all new infrastructure as well as clean-up decommissioned equipment entries Identifies critical issues within business processes and suggest solutions as part of the migration process for LAN installations server movement monitoring signaling platform movement and wide area network migrations. Understand business processes and convert business requirements into IT specifications were applicable.
