Do you have experience in sales and are you a licensed real estate agent Do you like receiving commission-based pay Do you feel comfortable making between 60-100 calls daily from your home We are looking for motivated real estate sales people that are ready to be part of a cutting-edge brokerage firm that is reinventing the real estate industry.Agents are compensated for each homeowner who enrolls in the Exclusive Right to Sell program by offering cash incentives to homeowners. For each homeowner that you sign up you will receive a 500 commission. Licensed real estate agents receive high-quality leads. Earn a commission before a home is listed or sold. You will also receive an additional 80% commission split for any personal deals in addition to this program.Responsibilities Licensed real estate agents will call leads provided through CRM. Make a minimum of 60-100 sales calls daily and follow-up on leads. Manage and document your leads. Agents with a sales background sign up 20-30 homeowners a month ( 10 000- 15 000 month). No cap on Commission. Qualifications and Skills Must have Virginia Real Estate License. Knowledge of the Virginia Beach VA area and surrounding cities. Hours Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm. Must transfer license to new brokerage. Full-time W2 position. Real Estate Agent with enthusiastic personality and strong communication skills. Sales experience preferred. Entry level licensed real estate agents are welcome to apply. We are looking for agents who have a sales background. Have a home office without distractions since this is a work from home remote position. Be familiar with web-based e-mail. Microsoft Office is preferred. Have experience with CRM. Familiar with workplace communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
