EACH DAY YOU LLBe proud of rewarding work helping people grow learn and live well Develop real meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what s right for participants Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting exercise and nutrition Provide safe transportation of clients families and agency personnel as needed to any all agency programs or functions May assist passengers with disabilities into and out of vehicle May keep records of trips and or behavior of passengers Responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles including refueling oil maintenance etc. Maintain proper vehicle documentation e.g. registration inspection sticker insurance etc. Maintain ethical and professional standards as outlined in agency policies and abide by all statutes in conducting company business May perform other duties when not driving such as custodial and maintenance tasks You ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
