Remote Lead Integrations needs 10 years experience leading large-scale ERP full lifecycle implementations as Integrations Lead or equivalent role.Remote Lead Integrations requires Minimum five years of experience architecting developing and integrating applications on enterprise platforms using MuleSoft Proven knowledge and success as a team leader including supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation Excellent communication skills oral and written and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration Experience with 3rd party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors MuleSoft integration design flows Experience designing developing securing and managing APIs Experience in working in a complex environment involving integrations between several hosted and on-premises applications Web Services development and Integration with back-end systems and databases Technical Knowledge ERP implementation Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively Ability to Lead team in-line with project goals Understand business complexity Remote Lead Integrations needs Leads the creation of technical designs build and unit testing for complex integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud Assists developers in mitigating risks and resolving technical issues including performance and data quality problems Develops and optimizes integrated business process technical solutions across disparate systems Applies defined coding standards to all integration development activities Participates in technical design specification review sessions and provides input as need Performs peer review of requirements and design documents Participates in Knowledge Transfer sessions Identify assess and solve complex business problems for integrating the Oracle cloud ERP application with external applications across a wide array of HCM CRM Facilities and Academic functional areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Mentors Integration Developers to grow in technical and administrative skills Contributes to project plan development in collaboration with Project Manager Designs builds and supports testing of integration code using MuleSoft Identifies process improvements and changes to integration methodology based on implementation experiences Analyzes and transforms business requirements into scalable integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Develops a secure scalable governance and operating model including assessment of new applications and technologies to be integrated and protocols to support Establishes integration and data standards and maintain efficient operationalization of all integration solutions including error handling Defines standards to guide solution decisions in relation to integration applications for the enterprise
