Interface with upstream and downstream applications and business operations teams on issues and problems. Identify areas of improvement in end user support implementing automation and monitoring Able to interpret and appropriately triage IT issues reported by users Create monitoring dashboards and individual monitoring tests to ensure timely notification of production issues Learn new technologies as requested Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after hours issues as needed.
