Remote QA Lead needs 7 years experience as a data engineer in consumer finance or equivalent industry (consumer loans collections servicing optional product and insurance sales)Remote QA Lead requires One year of management experience and three years Quality Assurance Experience. Experience with data test automation and design of test frameworks is very desirable (Snowflake DynamoDB). Data management experience (SQL and NoSQL DBs AWS RDS REST API JSON Java Scala) Preferred experience in Marketing automation MarTech Space familiarity with adobe campaign Eloqua Unica Customer360 or similar. Experience executing and coordinating integration system regression and user acceptance testing Deep data ETL skills AWS Python A self-driven critical thinker team player with good communication skills Remote QA Lead duties Define QA strategy (automated) to be implemented per application area feature scrum team. Test plan formulation creating test design specs test matrixes for quality organization. Lead end of end testing exercises with internal and external stakeholders. Strong knowledge of defect tracking reporting and triaging with tools yarn NPM GitHub DevOps JIRA. Recommend and deploy testing toolset to support QA activities. Design and implement automation frameworks. Design implement and administer platform tools to from scratch to verify data pipelines between AWS and ACS (Adobe Campaign Standard) Coordinate the work of the testing team setup proper quality gates processes and controls Collaborate with local and remote teams to implement and adopt applicable testing practices and expectations. Determine and generate metrics to depict progress of testing and quality of delivery development work. Integration testing includes multiple micro-batch API and webhook integration points. Ability to work independently learn quickly and be proactive. As the leader of a team of one (for now) you ll need to prioritize tasks communicate requirements and blockers and take on tasks as they arise. Design and optimize monitoring and alert system based on system metrics analysis of log files and custom alert rules. Understand High Availability architectures to maintain 99.99% availability SLA. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Must be able to precisely communicate detailed artifacts expectations suggestions. Develop implement and manage test plans Lead functional testing debugging and support throughout the development and launch of customer communications campaigns by reviewing content accuracy functionality rendering quality and confirming deployment set up accuracy including data and segmentation. Responsible for managing maintaining and continuously improving process and quality assurance documentation along with the team. Requires hands on day-to-day work and a high level of organization and attention to detail to deal with a large volume of campaigns in various stages of the process.
