Remote Sr User Experience Designer needs 7 years of experience designing responsive websites and interfaces that work seamlessly from mobile devices to large desktop monitors Remote Sr User Experience Designer requires Highly detailed-oriented with responsibilities including translating business requirements into user experience flows for web and mobile applications designing responsive screens providing UI UX strategies and creating screen mockups and videos . Experience in UI UX design of corporate applications working in an Agile team environment and collaborating with business partners architects and QA teams. Experience in designing for both web and mobile solutions. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex business processes Must have proven and demonstratable skills in the front-end user interface interaction development of mobile and web applications. Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required specializing in computer science engineering or related field Mockup creation skills using software such as Adobe XD and Sketch Experience using prototyping tools (ex. Adobe XD InVision Studio etc.) is a big plus Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders Excellent writing ability to document screen flows Understanding of CSS concepts Project delivery in Agile methodology experience Experience using Jira and Confluence Remote Sr User Experience Designer duties Collaborate with other designers researchers and business partners to identify customer needs and design customer-focused solutions. Create workflows wireframes concepts models prototypes sketches etc. to explore ideas and detail final designs for Engineering. Take direction and collaborate with the senior teammates and leadership. Adhere and contribute to design standards and design systems. Participate in user research activities and incorporate insights into UX deliverables. Work with the Product Owner Application Architects and QA teams on gathering requirements and verifying that development efforts meet the UI UX best practices and corporate strategy Conduct user research to truly understand our customers problems goals and needs Work with an offshore development team on the realization of UI UX mockups into code
