2nd Shift Machine Operator needs to be reliable good work ethics2nd Shift Machine Operator requires 3p-1130p Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand up to 10 hours each day. Periodic physical activity requires walking climbing bending standing pushing pulling lifting and stooping. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds packages Ability to stand up for long periods of time Ability to utilized power jacks to move pallets and load these to the trucks (but not required). Understand the different USPS Postage rates. 2nd Shift Machine Operator duties Handles Banking and Insurance Documents to be mailed to the Customers. Utilize Send Pro meter machines to process inserted mail Read the Work Order associated with each job for all processing instructions including Postage Rates to be applied to the mail Stacking mail trays in pallets and shrink-wrap these to be shipped to USPS and other locations as required Must reconcile each job metered to ensure these are balanced to the volumes outlined on the Work Order. Inspect mail pieces for quality and accuracy Utilize UPS and FedEx mailing shipping systems to process mailing packages to be shipped via these couriers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds packages Ability to stand up for long periods of time Ability to utilized power jacks to move pallets and load these to the trucks (but not required). Understand the different USPS Postage rates. ( will train on these) Keeps machines and work area clean. Works within established quality control procedures. Other related duties assigned as needed.
