Responsible for both Workday operational support and new system configuration design. Supports Workday training needs by creating and delivering campaigns Reviews and administers tier 2 tickets through manual and automated review assignments. Works with operational owners and managers to regularly assess Workday training needs devise new solutions to training issues and provide support as needed for new content based on Workday ticketing trends Facilitates design sessions for Workday Learning. Mentors newer and less-experienced staff in Workday training best practices Serves as a Workday learning subject matter expert on training planning and direction-setting to campus and consults with other teams as needed Drives continuous improvement to ServiceNow and the intranet for Workday and Workday Learning Serves as a resource to support end users exemplifying exceptional customer service to all levels of the organization. Participates in testing for semi-annual Workday updates. Performs other related work as needed. Develop technical solutions to business problems or to advance a company s sales efforts begins with defining analyzing and documenting requirements.
