Remote Call Center Quality Analysts Needed - 50HR

We are currently in need of work from home Call Center Quality Analysts who will perform call monitoring identify employee performance gaps and provide actionable insights backed by trends in the data to ensure that our phone agents provide customers with Five Star Customer Service.
