Director IT Operations The Director of IT Operations is essential to our company s ability to function as a whole. This person will be in charge of giving every team member an informed service and support experience. In order to support the rapidly expanding enterprise they will define and carry out our IT Operational Strategy leading the IT Helpdesk and taking responsibility for end-user computing including product ownership support and hands-on triage. To ensure a positive end-user and guest experience this high visibility service-oriented role will require hiring training and empowering the best people with effective processes and technology. A skilled operation professional with demonstrated expertise in managing teams that support a 24 7 operation including change and innovation is needed for this demanding and rewarding position. Key Responsibilities Oversee the enterprise s technology operations strategy and implementation. Create IT operations standards and processes to support end users efficiently and effectively while ensuring the security availability stability and scalability of enterprise solutions.Management of the Helpdesk Support team to provide our staff with top-notch customer service. Define consistent service models and make sure our corporate office and restaurants are effectively covered. Develop team members while improving teamwork procedures and service standards. Establish team objectives that are KPI-measurable and in line with corporate and IT strategy.Take the initiative to lead the IT operation by demonstrating leadership in problem-solving and taking part in challenging operational troubleshooting. Create plans and collaborate closely with the IT Leadership to achieve alignment. Implement strategic initiatives through project management.Responsible for overall End User Computing for restaurants corporate offices and remote users including desktop telephony videoconferencing webinars Office 365 Exchange Online etc.Create and maintain a comprehensive organizational model and resource allocation strategy to guarantee reliable and effective service delivery and the control of third-party service providers.
