Responsabilit s - Perform venipuncture and collect blood and urine samples from patients- Follow proper laboratory techniques and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable results- Record and document patient information including vital signs medical history and any relevant observations- Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols- Prepare specimens for transport to the clinical laboratory for analysis- Assist with other laboratory procedures as neededQualifications - Certification as a Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant preferred- Proficient in venipuncture techniques and blood sampling procedures- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and medical terminology- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record patient information- Strong communication skills both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
