COMPANY The firm is a renowned automotive supplier and development partner for very complicated drivetrain technologies. We make a substantial contribution to reducing emissions for sustainable mobility through our manufacturing and automation skills.Your responsibilities The Senior Quality Engineer role is critical to the Quality Operating System s ability to meet and exceed objectives. As a Senior Quality Engineer you are in charge of developing coordinating and maintaining quality assurance programs with a product focus. Key objectives include ultimate client satisfaction by conforming to customer-specific requirements while sticking to set standards. This job is also in charge of facilitating continuous product quality improvements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a client Representative to ensure that all client needs are met. Provides customer service and support by visiting consumers regularly. In charge of client Production Part Approval Process activities and submission. In charge of enabling action on customer and supplier concerns and routinely monitoring till closure. In charge of the Complaint Management Process for Supplier and Customer Complaints. This comprises communication timeliness and accuracy underlying cause analysis and corrective actions. In charge of consumer debit activity. Responsible for product safety for all client parts. YOUR PROFILE Education and or Experience A bachelor s degree in a technical subject is necessary as well as 4-6 years of industry-related experience. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience. Previous automotive experience is preferred. The ability to read and interpret diagrams. In-depth knowledge of problem-solving and quality tools techniques. Other Qualifications and Abilities Experience with IATF 16949 8-D Analysis APQP PPAP Control Plan FMEA SAP and root-cause analysis are preferred. Apply Here s bit.ly 3TGjytF
