Why does the job exist IT Application Developers work closely with clients and IT team members to understand the stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of applications that align with the organization s mission and business. Developers are responsible for the planning and realization of the application s build release deployment and configuration procedures. This includes performing tasks such as coding testing debugging and documenting programs. Additional responsibilities include working with internal business partners to collect requirements creating prototypes and designing solutions updating implementing solutions developing and executing test plans conducting quality reviews overseeing operations and diagnosing and resolving operational issues. Under direct supervision they design develop install configure code test and document software applications solutions. Performs smaller moderately complex tasks in support of projects under the direction of a more seasoned application developer and or team leader.How does it get done Independently or with a team performs the development of new or improved applications processes or techniques to support the application systems including Salesforce. Using Apex Visual Force Lighting Components Omni scripts and other tools Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) supports our application system platforms.
