The Engineering team is made up of driven self-starters and real team players who are essential to the development of the business and its continued success.Your role at the Company You will lead cross-functional team partners on the creation and execution of significant technology & automation programs and DC build-outs in your capacity as a Senior Project Manager for the PMO. This position which reports to the VP of Planning & Engineering calls for project management strong influencing abilities and implementation planning in addition to knowledge of the current systems landscape network and corporate strategy. Furthermore you will Lead cross-functional Teams on large tech initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment projects will include supply chain automation DC systems to include WMS WES & WCS small parcel shipping systems and future systems yet to be defined. Align critical project timelines and deliverables between Engineering & Ops teams contractors and vendor teams and hold them accountable for implementation using developed and communication plans and coordinated interdependencies. Drive internal and external partners to develop and design technology solutions and business case justification across functional groups or within a business domain. Manage project components with Solution Architects Engineering Team Strategic Sourcing Vendors and Developers. Develop status reports control project scope and economics approve changes and manage and resolve issues risks and conflicts. Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between Technical Teams & Engineering.
