Why does the job exist IT Application Developers work closely with clients and IT team members to understand stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of applications aligned with the organization s mission and business. They are responsible for designing and implementing the application s build release deployment and configuration activities. This includes coding testing debugging and documenting programs. Other responsibilities include working with internal business partners to gather requirements prototyping solutions for them as well as architecting them. They also implement update solutions while building executing test plans for quality reviews. Managing operations is also part of their job description along with triaging fixing operational issues as they arise. Under direct supervision from a more seasoned application development position or team leader position they design software applications solutions that are smaller but moderately complex in nature.How does it get done Independently or with a team performs the development of new or improved applications processes or techniques to support the application systems including Salesforce. Using Apex Visual Force Lighting Components Omni scripts and other tools Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) supports our application system platforms.
