NEW HIGHER PAY 31 200 - 40 000 The ChallengeWe are hiring an Administrative Associate to join our Facilities Management team. In this role you will Serve as our primary staff assistant to the Director of Facilities Management and our Office Coordinator. Provide general office support and reception duties. Be our Fixed Asset Coordinator HR Representative Information Technology liaison and Receptionist. Use your computer skills on a variety of applications including online databases (e.g. SAP Beacon & NeoGov) and Microsoft Office (Word Outlook & Excel). Use a variety of office equipment including printers copiers calculators and shredders. What You BringExperience using a copier fax machine and multi-line phone. Computer skills in Microsoft Office the Internet and web-based databases (SAP & HR). Experience with SAP including fixed asset management experience. Human Resources experience and training in SAP. Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and multi-task. Customer service skills by phone and in person with diverse stakeholders.
