Lake Henry Estates is a 55 and over gated community with a 9-hole par 3 golf course. We are hiring a full-time salaried position. The successful applicant must be able to supervise and maintain the par 3 course and common grounds The successful candidate must be able to perform the following duties Supervise other maintenance personnel Be in charge of maintaining all equipment and maintain proper records Have a Florida Pesticide license or be able to get one within 90 days of employment Be able to apply all golf course chemicals and properly calibrate equipment Able to operate and maintain irrigation equipment Work independently and able to answer to the Board of Director The successful candidate must have a valid Florida Driver s License with their own transportation and be able to start immediately. The work schedule will be 6 00 am to 3 00 pm Monday through Friday with possible Saturday s .
