Office is located in brooklyn (11228) flushing 11357 or Staten island 10309 Position Responsibilities will include - 40 % customer service and order taking inculding talking to customer about new prodcuts and checkout customer - Basic troubleshooting support of our software on our customer s computer and of our products both in-house and via remote software sessions. - repair assembling packing new units for sale install and configuring software on new units and managing part inventory.
