GMP Tech Thousand Oaks Ca SBM Site Services is searching for GMP Techs for our facility in Thousand Oaks Ca. As a GMP Tech you will be responsible for keeping assigned areas such as office commercial industrial or institutional building in clean and orderly condition and will need to work successfully with fellow employees and others. The successful candidates will be able to understand and follow instructions both verbal and written and will also be able to explain how to complete a task. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Floor care (vacuuming mopping carpet spotting) Surface care (dusting sanitizing glass mirror window cleaning metal wood polishing clean blinds and draperies) Waste removal (empty trash recycle bins transport trash to proper disposal areas) Comply with safety rules policies and procedures REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous floor care experience is preferred Must be able to work assigned shifts Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read write speak understand) Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred COMPENSATION The starting rate for this position is 9.75 per hour with a potential increase after probationary period (4months) to 10.
