MEDICAL MANAGEMENT TESTING ANALYST Job Summary Under direction of the VP Operations and Medical management this position has primary responsibility for entering and updating security privileges multiple field configurations assessments note types and other configurable data in support of the day to day operations of the medical management system. This position also provides the following Leads department testing efforts including test plans documentation test scripts cases performing test scenarios tracking defects communicating testing status and executing test plans. Designs implements and documents testing techniques to isolate issues regarding functionality usability reliability and compatibility. Provides test status reporting including defect tracking and reporting on progress against project plan. Produces regular status reports and ensures quality of project deliverables. Develops user guides and desk procedures for all areas utilizing the medical management system. Provides user support in conjunction with IT and leadership and is a key provider of training support for all areas utilizing the medical management system or web portals. Education & Experience Required o Bachelor s degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent work experience o 3 years Quality Assurance testing experience in a professional system-oriented environment o 3 years working with medical management system configuration techniques or service desk support o 1 year data collection and report development or equivalent o Knowledge of general testing process and structure with test methodology experience o Understanding of Production Management principals o Experience with formal testing procedures and methodologies Key Responsibilities Maintain security privileges by adding or updating users in the medical management system Develop and maintain up to date medical management system user guides Assists with development documentation and implementation and or revision of policies and procedures as needed Monitors the CareRadius Issues email box and assists with resolution of issues Adds or updates information in the medical management system in coordination with projects issue resolution or maintenance processes Work with project management staff during implementations and upgrades to meet implementation timelines and goals Determine the scope of the testing effort and test resource requirements resulting in plans schedules and implementation of testing projects. Define test objectives write test plans and test cases and develop test scripts. Maintain listings for system defects or enhancement requests and communicate with the appropriate vendor or department on a routine basis. Review project documentation as a basis for testing documentation and product project understanding. RFS Problem reports). Analyze performance stress testing results and report in detail to VP Operations and Medical Management or IT Manager. Defines and implement processes and best practices with regard to quality assurance practices. Create and deliver training sessions to end users detailing functionality system changes or upgrades. Provide ongoing communication with leadership and training staff to ensure effective and efficient use of the medical management system Provides testing support for all other systems utilized by the medical management system or related to general operations Perform other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
