Position Responsibilities Enforce pool and not tub rules and report any disturbances or emergencies to the Association Office. Keep the pool area clean. Pick up palm fronds and rubbish. Cleans up bird droppings. Empties ash trays and trash receptacles. Inspects cleans and straightens pool chairs. Does a daily chair count. Monitors chemical balance of the pool and adds chemicals as needed. Monitors the temperature of the hot tub. Cleans and adjusts the filter system. Removes debris from the skimmer baskets. Cleans the waterline tile to remove build up of algae. Inspects and reports loose or damaged tile. Walks or cleans pond as needed. Performs minor repairs to the pool equipment. Prepares service reports of material used and work performed. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements High School degree diploma GED. Competent swimmer. Prior experience in a similar position desired. First Aid CPR and Water Safety Certification desired.
