Duties include appointment setting (no cold calling) answering questions regarding company products and services assisting customers with membership accounts and courtesy customer follow up. A friendly upbeat phone presence and a desire to help others is a must Basic computer skills including email internet and word processing are necessary. You must be able to work without supervision and have decent multi-tasking abilities. We have the latest in virtual office technology so telecommuting is an option.
