Relief Manager Groundskeeper Self-Storage Looking for a full time Relief Manager Groundskeeper. Previous storage experience is a plus. Must be able to work Saturdays. Please email or fax your resume. Qualifications Must be 18 or older Must have good phone and communication skills Must be able to work well under pressure Must have a valid Driver s License Must be a team player with a professional attitude Must have a flexible schedule Must be motivated and energetic Responsibilities (not limited to) Mowing lawn pulling weeds and building maintenance Posting rent payments for customers Balance cash drawer and process daily deposits Showing customers vacant rental units Inspecting and cleaning vacant units Completing rental agreements with customers Administrative paperwork and filing Sending out late notifications and liens Cleaning the office bathroom Perform lock checks Enforcing our rules and regulations Perform other duties that are assigned throughout the day
