Rely Medical Supply a subsidiary of ActivStyle is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our NE Minneapolis office. Responsibilities include Working sales leads via inbound and outbound calls. Assisting customers with product selection that will meet their needs. Create and process new and existing customer sales orders. Assist with new lead generation from referral sources and follow up on existing leads. Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions. Accountable for core department metrics. Excellent phone etiquette. Solid communication skills both verbal and written. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Computer experience and knowledgeable in Word Excel email and websites. Previous Customer Service Inside sales experience required preferably in a cold call sales environment.
