We are currently seeking an ego-less multitasking Part-time In-House Graphic Designer with well-developed technical and artistic abilities. You must possess positive attitude cool personality and passion for great design. Mail house knowledge a definite plus . Self-starters only need apply This position will be designing direct mail advertising for large national companies managing mailing list databases and potentially more hours if available to do administrative work. Key Responsibilities Design upscale direct marketing pieces and collateral materials Traffic artwork between vendors sales reps and clients. Project Management & multitasking Proficient in Excel to maintain spreadsheets and mailing lists (Critical) Meet strict deadlines Experience Skills Academic Advance knowledge and experience using INDD AI PS DW and FL Understanding of advertising and marketing. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proven time management skills - must be able to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks with rapidly changing priorities including working with a high volume of ongoing projects with fast turnaround Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail while maintaining ability to see the big picture Degree or equivalent experience Please send your cover letter resume and samples of your work.
