Associate Dentist

Your primary task will be to demonstrate clinical excellence by ensuring that every patient receives a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan. In order to accomplish this our comprehensive staff will provide you with a space to focus on dentistry. The expectation is that you will render competent dental care and ensure that each patient receives the appropriate level of treatment supported by a comprehensive diagnosis and an adequate treatment plan. Additionally you will Provide ongoing leadership and employee development in the dental practice Work effectively with all members of the GTD Team--from the Executive Team down to the DA s RDA s Treatment Coordinator s and Receptionists in our offices Actively participate in a collegial environment where exchanges of practice technique and treatment are encouraged At Gentle Touch Dentistry we recognize and honor the fundamental value and dignity of individuals from all walks of life. Experience is preferred however new dentists with proficient talent are encouraged to apply.REQUIREMENTS Current Dental license to work in California Malpractice insurance in place OCS Certified preferred but not Required CPR Certified Must be available to work some Saturdays Must be available to work until 7 00 PM on certain days Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus but not required
