MBC Group is currently looking for a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator. - Provide support to all employees for various assignments at customer premises.- Positive attitude and a self starter.- Develop good communication with customers and managers.- Must be able to work independently.- Prepare all personnel documentation.- Perform employee orientations.- Assist employees with check-ins.- Learn computer system.- Data Entry.- Maintain knowledge of current staffing needs.- Fill customer needs in a timely manner.- Take and document new employee surveys.- Develop creative solutions to satisfy customer requirements.- Prepare graphs and track employee changes.- Manage projects and ensure completion within deadlines.- Knowledge in Excel - must have ability to generate graphs.- Reliable transportation. Must travel to and from facilities.- Must be able to work flexible hours.- Bilingual.- Previous Onsite experience preferred.
